About us
Short-term finance, done properly
We arrange 3 to 24 month business finance for Australian businesses — and we treat the end of the loan as seriously as the start.
Who we help
We work with Australian business owners who need money for a job that has a finish line: a tax bill that lands before a big customer pays, stock for a busy season, the start-up costs of a new contract, or the gap before a property sale or bank refinance settles. Some have perfect credit and simply need something more flexible than a bank loan. Others have a patchy record, an ATO debt or statements a bank won't accept. Both are welcome.
What they share is a temporary need — and a way to repay it. That's the kind of borrowing short-term finance is good for, and it's the only kind we set out to arrange.
Why we talk about dollars, not rates
A headline percentage is a poor guide to a loan you might hold for five months, pay out early or need to extend. Fixed fees, minimum periods and exit charges can make two similar-looking loans cost very different amounts. So we set out every option in dollars: the fixed fees, the time-based cost for the months you'll really hold it, and what repaying at month three or six would cost. We don't publish rates, because every loan is priced on the business's own circumstances — and the dollar figure on your quote is what matters.
Why we plan the exit first
A short-term loan ends on a date, and on that date it has to be repaid from somewhere. Before anything is signed, we work through that with you: where the money comes from, how much, when, the evidence behind it, and what happens if it runs late. If the exit doesn't hold together, we'll say so and talk about what would fit better — a longer facility, a line of credit, a smaller amount, or not borrowing at all. You can test your own plan with the exit strategy builder.
Our promises
No credit check to enquire
Asking what a short-term loan would look like doesn't touch your credit file. That conversation only happens if you choose to proceed.
No spray-and-pray
Your enquiry isn't auctioned off to a list of lenders. One person reviews it and works out where it genuinely fits.
A real person on your file
A lending specialist reads your details and calls you. Accurate form answers mean the first option you hear about is the right one.
What we can arrange
- Property-secured options (first and second mortgages, caveat loans) over residential or commercial property, from $20,000 to $5,000,000.
- Unsecured, cash flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses without property, typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
- Past credit issues and ATO debt considered case by case.
- Short-term terms of roughly 3 to 24 months, with the exit planned before you sign.
- Business purposes only.
How we work
You tell us what you need in a short enquiry — about 60 seconds. A lending specialist reads it and calls you to understand the job, the timing and the exit. If short-term finance fits, we explain the options, the dollar cost and the payout rules before you decide anything. Documents and a credit check come only if you choose to go ahead. The full process is on how it works.
Please fill in the enquiry form as accurately as you can — the amount, purpose, any property you own, existing debts and how you plan to repay. Accurate answers let us point you to the right option on the first call rather than the third.
